We recently returned from a two week shoot in Uzbekistan fixed for us by Nikita. The project is an international co-production, a three-part broadcast documentary series for Arte and NOVA PBS and the BBC. We filmed in Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara, including using a drone. I can unreservedly recommend Nikita. He was superb: knowledgeable, well-connected, efficient and great fun to work with. Everything went very smoothly. My advice to anyone thinking of filming in the region would be to hire Nikita straight away! He is the right person to handle setting up the shoot, including all the necessary filming permits (very important!). We wasted a lot of time and energy before he came on board and smoothed our course. Nikita made the trip very productive, enjoyable, and saved us quite a lot of money!
